pROC paper accepted with modifications

Good news: we received back our BMC Bioinformatics paper about pROC, and it was accepted with modifications. Among the reviewer's comments, application of ROC tests to the unpaired setup, and the wish to have a test for a fixed level of specificity. One reviewer pointed out another ROC tool for R. As it wasn't available on the CRAN, we overlooked it in our research for existing tools. Apparently they use bootstrap to compare ROC curves too.

Stay tuned, there are several upcoming features that should be available early next year.
