pROC 1.0.1 released

I had to quickly release a version 1.0.1 of pROC. The reason is that the package was rejected from the CRAN because the checks of the examples (with R CMD check) were too long to perform. This is absolutely normal, because of the bootstrap operations. But I didn't expect it would be a reason for rejection. So I added a few \dontrun{} blocks and reduced several boot.n values, and now the package has been accepted.
